Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bdtk3 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method) | Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may be longer during identity verification processes or in unusual circumstances.
4.4 Security and Verification
To prevent money laundering and fraud, bdtk3 reserves the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals. We may request a national ID, passport, or other documents as needed.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳300 to qualify for this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must place ৳125,000 worth of bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer may have a separate validity period.
- If you do not qualify for a bonus, it will be automatically cancelled.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- bdtk3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- In any dispute related to bonuses, the decision of bdtk3 will be considered final.
5.4 VIP Program
The bdtk3 VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall gaming activity.
Gaming Rules
All games offered on the bdtk3 platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game rules set by software providers apply equally to all players.
- The outcome of gaming sessions is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- In the event of a technical error or disconnection, the last completed round will be considered final.
- If you find any error or bug in the gaming software, notify our support team immediately.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting an error will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdtk3:

8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. It is advisable to withdraw any pending balance before closing your account.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account will be considered inactive if there has been no activity for 12 consecutive months. We will provide advance notice if an inactive account has a remaining balance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bdtk3 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bdtk3 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
You are granted a limited license to use this platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
bdtk3 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, third-party service failures, internet connection issues, or other causes beyond our control.
